Your Player ID
If you're signed in to cloud save, your Player ID is shown in Settings → Cloud Save. Include this in support emails to help us locate your account and resolve issues faster.
Common Issues
Lost progress
Game data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear app data, your progress is permanently lost unless you previously enabled cloud save. If cloud save was enabled, you can restore your progress by signing in on a new device.
In-app purchase not received
If a purchase was charged but the items were not delivered, try the following:
- Restart the game — pending purchases are verified on launch
- Check your internet connection and try again
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@wmkc.net with your purchase receipt
Ads not loading
Rewarded ads require an internet connection. If ads are unavailable, check your connection and try again later. Ad availability depends on your region and network conditions.
